Park Inn by Radisson develops in Istanbul

Carlson Rezidor announced the opening of two new Park Inn By Radisson hotels next year in Istanbul.

The group Carlson Rezidor has increased its presence in Istanbul through its brand Park Inn by Radisson, positioned on the midscale segment. While until now it only had an address near the international airport international Ataturk, two new Park Inn by Radisson hotels are expected by 2016. The two hotels will be operated by The Rezidor Hotel Group.

The Park Inn by Radisson Istanbul Atasehir will be located in the center of the future Istanbul, International Finance Center (IIFC) which will open in 2017 the city's Asian neighborhood. The property will have 80 rooms, a restaurant, a bar in the entry hall, a fitness center and twp meeting rooms. The hotel will be owned by the real estate promoter Perspektif Otelcilik Ve Turizm A.S.



The Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Residence Istanbul Odayeri will be located 5 km from the city's future airport, which will open in October 2017. The complex will have 98 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a spa with hammam, a sauna, an indoor swimming pool and a fitness center. The project is developped by Fabeks Group, which is known for its real estate, textiles and steel businesses. 

On January 1, 2015, Carlson Rezidor is the thirteenth hotel group worldwide in terms of number of rooms with 172,234 units in 1,092 properties according to MKG Hospitality, consulting firm founded by Georges Panayotis. (read our article)
