The Anglo American Hotel Florence, Curio Collection by Hilton, is expected to welcome its first guests in 2022.
Hilton announced plans to open the Anglo American Hotel Florence, Curio Collection by Hilton in the fall of 2022, following an agreement with Westmont Hospitality Group and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. ("Oaktree"). The 115-room hotel, which will undergo a complete renovation prior to opening, is located in the historic center of Florence, a symbol of the Renaissance and a renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The hotel offers a restaurant with Tuscan menus inspired by local flavors, traditions and seasonal ingredients. The hotel is also equipped with a bar, a gym and three meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 90 people.

Hilton joins a strong consortium that includes U.S. fund Oaktree; Westmont Hospitality Group, a strategic investment partner and operator; and Unicredit S.p.A., the project's lead lending bank. The project is owned by a newly created real estate investment fund managed by Milan-based Castello SGR, one of Italy's leading property management companies. The renovation will respect the parties' commitment to ESG investment, with a particular focus on sustainability.
Curio Collection by Hilton is a global portfolio of more than 100 hotels and resorts. Across Italy, Hilton has 39 hotels in operation or under development, including The Local Porto Rotondo, Curio Collection by Hilton and Baia di Chia Laguna Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, both in Sardinia, and DoubleTree by Hilton Rome Monti, which all opened this year.
