SO/PARIS,will soon open its doors in the mixed-use Morland Mixité Capitale complex developed by Emerige, winner of the Réinventer Paris competition.
The property's 140 rooms and 22 suites offer a view of the Seine. The hotel features a spa, a restaurant, bar and club operated by Paris Society, which is also part of the Accor portfolio, and a 200m² meeting space. The four meeting rooms will be on the 7th floor with natural daylight. A fitness centre linked to the spaces available in the Morland Mixité Capitale project and the iconic swimming pool will be accessible to hotel guests.
The SO/ brand is currently present in Auckland, Bangkok, Berlin, Havana, Saint Petersburg, Sotogrande l'andalouse, Singapore and Vienna. It is part of the Ennismore portfolio with which Accor has formed a joint venture in autumn 2021. The group claims 11 properties under development with 2129 rooms.
SO/ focuses on a customer experience around fashion, avant-garde design and entertainment. The Paris address is no exception. In line with Emerige's commitment as a signatory to the Un Immeuble un Oeuvre (One building, one piece) charter, art is present from the lobby with a work by Neïl Beloufa and personalised icons for each of the rooms and suites designed by Thomas Fougeirol.
The bar, restaurant and private club Le Bonnie also benefits from a work by Olafur Eliasson and the Other Spaces Studio. Located on the 15th and 16th floors of the building, it offers a 360° view of the Seine and Paris.
