The InterContinental Resort Amma Canj in Montenegro is scheduled to open in autumn 2023 following a franchise agreement between hotel chain IHG Hotels & Resorts and Celebric Group, one of Montenegro's leading property developers.
Following the establishment of the Regent Porto Montenegro Hotel, another brand of the hotel group, IHG is opening its first luxury hotel in the country, on the Adriatic Sea. It will be located on the Biserna Obala, a coastline known for its landscape of wooded and rocky hills. The hotel will have a panoramic view of the bay, much appreciated by locals and tourists alike.
The InterContinental Resort Amma Canj will have 198 rooms including 60 suites with several villas to expand the luxury residential offering. The luxury hotel will also feature a main restaurant as well as a rooftop bar and club lounge. The InterContinental Hotel plans to provide guests with a fully equipped fitness centre, as well as several indoor and outdoor wellness facilities, including a spa with four treatment rooms and three saunas, as well as a swimming pool with its own bar. A seminar area will be available, with several meeting rooms and a ballroom. An underground car park with 260 spaces will be available.
