The independent hotel movement created in 2017 has just announced the signature of a partnership with the "Multi Family Office" Ariane Capital, an independent asset management and investment advisory firm.
The MOB movement currently has two establishments in Paris (Paris Les Puces St. Ouen, 92 rooms) and Lyon (MOB Lyon Confluence, 99 rooms). The brand also offers various universes of the same movement: MOB HOTEL (host pioneers), MOB HOUSE (stay more) or VILLA MOB (culture first). In June 2020, the very first MOB HOUSE will open its doors in Paris Les Puces. Between 2020 and 2024, Bordeaux, Amsterdam, Lisbon, New York (Governors Island and Williamsburg), Washington and Los Angeles will welcome new establishments of the brand.
The MOB group (brand and real estate) is valued at more than €115 million with the arrival of Ariene Capital and expects to benefit from the family office network and its access to financing and the many real estate assets they hold around the world. Within this framework, some projects have already been identified in the United States, Germany, England and also in Dakar.
