Within The Link, One&Only will operate 94 Private Homes. The sale started on 8 June 2022.

One Za'abeel is a mixed-use project owned by Ithra Dubai LLC of the Investment Corporation of Dubai. It is located within The Link, a bold architectural gesture that aims for a GUINNESS WORLD RECORD™ listing.

Located in the heart of Dubai's business centre, it features an infinity pool, a panoramic terrace with a glass floor. The building features the 94 Private Homes to be operated by One&Only, 264 flats, 26,000 sqm of office space and 12,000 sqm of retail space equipped for entertainment. The project developer has already announced a programme of meals with chefs to enliven the spaces designed to meet all the needs of its occupants.

Ithra Dubai LLC has announced a Gold LEED certification for the building in line with the UAE's net zero by 2050 targets.
