They include The Adria, an elegant 19th-century townhouse recently renovated in London; the Azul Legacy Collection Hotel in Vancouver, Canada, freshly opened in the heart of the city; The Chedi Katara Hotel & Resort in Katara, Qatar; and the Aleenta Retreat in Chiang Mai, Thailand, inaugurated in April this year.

United Kingdom - London

The Adria, located in South Kensington, reopened in January 2022 and offers 24 refined rooms and suites. This 19th-century townhouse combines British style and modern touches, with antiques and contemporary furnishings. Bathrooms feature Italian marble with heated floors and Bamford organic products. The residence features a gym, spa and elegant lounges, including the Polo Lounge for afternoon tea. The concierge can recommend local restaurants, from Asian delights to Michelin-starred establishments, ideal for in-room dining.

Canada - Vancouver

Located in the bustling financial and fashion districts, Hotel Azur Legacy Collection opened in August 2023. It offers distinctive accommodation and the city's first rooftop garden restaurant. Spanning 13 floors of a newly constructed building, the hotel features 104 Art Deco-inspired rooms and 13 spacious suites, all with marble bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and streamlined technology. Dining options include Dahalia, serving all-day dining on the lobby level, and Lavantine, located on the 14th-floor rooftop, offering a Middle Eastern-influenced menu against the backdrop of the Vancouver skyline.

Qatar

The Chedi Katara Hotel and Resort in Katara, Qatar, opened in November 2022. This seaside palace blends Mughal and Ottoman influences. Located between the desert and the Arabian Sea in Katara, the 91-room luxury resort features a private beach, restaurant, spa and swimming pool. The complex harmoniously combines elements of Mughal and Ottoman design. Each room, suite and private villa is adorned with custom wood furnishings and rich Oriental rugs, all presented in a fresh, contemporary style. Facilities include Qatar's first on-water restaurant, Marsa Katara, the crown jewel of the Chedi's culinary offering. The hotel also boasts two other restaurants, a cigar lounge and a full-service spa.

Thailand, Chiang Mai

Aleenta Retreat in Chiang Mai, Thailand, opened its doors in April 2023. Located in the Umong district, the resort features a contemporary design with a central swimming pool surrounded by Thai teak houses transformed into a spa, restaurant, handicraft store and family villa. The 44 spacious rooms combine traditional Thai design with soothing natural tones. The teak-clad Ayurah spa offers daily yoga and wellness classes.
