The Kyriad Direct concept was the fastest growing brand within the Louvre Hotels Group properties in 2020.
With 70 Kyriad Direct properties in France, the brand, launched in 2019, is positioned on the budget segment with the bulk of services. It is attractive to operators and investors, as this is the segment that has best withstood the Covid 19 crisis.
The two new Iberian hotels are in addition to the group's 15 existing properties in Spain.
The Kyriad Direct Haro offers 51 rooms in the Alta Rioja wine region. This touristic and economic area will support the property's occupation rate throughout the year. The hotel also has a restaurant, bar and seminar rooms.
The Kyriad Direct Irún offers 54 keys with a restaurant, bar and game room. Its location close to the French border, San Sebastian, the airport and the road links to Portugal and southern Spain, explains why the brand has chosen this property.
