This is the first signature of the brand concept that combines a Holiday Inn Express hotel with suites, which has already proved to be quite popular among travellers in North America and Asia in the past few years.
The new Holiday Inn Express & Suites Deventer, which is scheduled to open in the Netherlands in early 2021, will have 83 standard rooms and 16 suites. On this matter, Cycas Hospitality has signed a lease agreement with Van der Linde Architecten and Development to manage the new property.
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Devente is thus positioned as the first aparthotel in the region and offers a variety of services that adapt to the needs of business and long-stay travellers, such as a service station with a carpool service and a restaurant. The hotel also benefits from a strategic location on the outskirts of Deventer, with privileged access to the capital and the German border and close to five international airports.
