The hotel group has signed an agreement with Arcadia Hotelbetriebs GmbH Stuttgart for the development of the Holiday Inn Express brand.
Arcadia et IHG ont déjà signé des contrats de franchise pour l’opération des hôtels Holiday Inn München Süd, Holiday Inn Express Gütersloh et Holiday Inn Salzburg. Le groupe hôtelier dispose actuellement d’un portefeuille de 69 établissements en Allemagne, dont 56 sous enseignes de la famille Holiday Inn, et compte 14 hôtels dans son pipeline.
