The hotel industry is accelerating its transformation with increasingly distinctive concepts for products that generate a unique customer experience. The historic chain brands are evolving and so are the companies that develop their own products. Decrypting and sharing at the Hospitality Operator Forum on 22 June.
Three entrepreneurs, who innovate and propose strong concepts and products, will be speaking.
Laurent Taïeb, founder of the eponymous group, is developing with his teams, projects in the hotel, restaurant and bar sectors. He has chosen France as his playground and recently distinguished himself with the opening of the 82 rooms of Madame Rêve in the La Poste du Louvre. A project won following a call for tender launched in 2013. As the group's mantra indicates, Laurent Taïeb's aim is to create living spaces. The upcoming property in the Duo Towers will be no exception with the forthcoming opening of the MGallery with its partner Pascal Donnat.
Laurent Taïeb will share with us his vision of hospitality and the energy he brings to his accommodation, restaurant and entertainment projects.
Hugues van Heesewijk is co-founder and CEO of French Hospitality which develops the Gogaille concept. Gogaille was born from the meeting of 5 entrepreneurs, 3 of whom were hotel professionals who could not find an ideal stay experience in the provinces. Eating well and sleeping well is the basis of the concept, which only targets so-called secondary markets with towns of less than 200,000 inhabitants. The group also aims to revitalise these destinations, a successful gamble in Limoges where the first Les Echoppes concept was a great success before the imminent opening of the hotel property.
How to attract leisure and business customers in less premium markets? What is the philosophy behind a sustainable offer that has a positive impact on its territory? How to design a seamless digital customer journey?
