The hotel group signed a management contract to develop a new Waldorf Astoria brand in Jakarta.
Hilton Worldwide develops in Indonesia and signs a management contract with PT Putragaya Wahana to open a new property in Jakarta. Planned for the year 2018, it will be the second hotel operated under the Waldorf Astoria brand at the destination.
Located near the city's business district, the Waldorf Astoria Jakarta will open in a 74-floor building currently under construction. It will become the tallest hotel in Jakarta and will have 181 rooms and 2,000 square meters of space for meetings. Hilton Worldwide and PT Putragaya Wahana hope to create an emblematic property at the heart of the city's business district.
