
The current Fiesta Playa Paraiso Complex hotel will become Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife, with its opening scheduled in 2016.
Located in the southern part of the Canary Islands, the property will have 637 rooms, including 236 suites. These will be divided between two separate towers, offering experiences adapted to both families and individual adults. The complex will also be outfitted with three swimming pools and four restaurants.
Owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Hard Rock International is present in 60 countries with 147 cafés, 21 hotels and 10 casinos. As far as its hotel activity is concerned, the group plans to develop properties in Daytona Beach, Dubai, Los Cabos, Dallas-Fort Worth, Abu Dhabi, Shenzhen and Haikou.
