Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced a management agreement with Mani Brothers Real Estate Group, a commercial real estate company based in Southern California.
The 75-room Travaasa Hāna will be renamed Hāna-Maui Resort, under the Destination Hotels brand.

Located in the city of Hāna, at the eastern end of Maui, Hāna-Maui Resort is situated above the bay of Hāna overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Hāna-Maui Resort offers 75 guest rooms, suites, bungalows and family residences. Facilities include two dining options, such as Hāna Ranch Restaurant, an indoor and outdoor spa and wellness center, two pools and a yoga pavilion.
Due to local travel restrictions COVID-19, Hāna-Maui Resort has currently suspended operations and plans to resume operations on October 1, 2020, in accordance with Hawaii State guidelines. The resort plans to remain open through a two-year phased renovation. Renovation plans include upgrades to all accommodations, arrival areas, dining areas and pools.
