H10 Hotels is working on two new additions to its portfolio for this year. One in Spain, which will be its entry into Malaga with the H10 Croma Malaga; and the other in Italy, which will be its second property in Rome, the H10 Palazzo Galla.
The first of these openings will be in the spring for a 4-star hotel in Rome. The hotel will be housed in a late 19th century bourgeois building that has been completely refurbished as an accommodation facility in the historic centre of the city, in the Trevi district.
With 82 rooms, the hotel will have a restaurant, a Despacio beauty centre and a rooftop bar. It will also include two meeting rooms.
H10 Hotels plans to open a second hotel in June, the H10 Croma Malaga, a 4-star hotel in the city centre with access to the main attractions. The property will be the first H10 hotel in the city. The architectural project is the work of Rafael Moneo. It is distinguished by the geometric shapes of the building and the play of colours from the white of the façade to the solid colour of the terrace, which give the hotel its name.
These new openings are part of the chain's expansion plan, which over the last two years has continued with its opening projects despite the general situation, and will close the year 2022 with 67 hotels totalling more than 16,500 rooms in 23 destinations in eight countries according to H10.
