
The hotel group has partnered with the Thai real estate developer Country Group Development to realize a 300 room hotel in the capital of the country.
The project includes the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, with 300 rooms, as well as the Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, with 350 units. The two luxury properties should open by the end of 2018.
On January 1, 2015, Four Seasons was the 82nd largest global brand in terms of number of rooms according to the ranking realized each year by MKG Hospitality, the hospitality consulting firm founded by Georges Panayotis. It had 93 properties and 20,397 rooms worldwide. (read our report)
