
Starwood Hotels & Resorts announced the opening of its first Four Points by Sheraton in the country for 2019. It is a new 450-room new-build located in the city of Addis-Ababa.
Located in the city of of Addis-Ababa, not far from the international airport, the hotel will be a new-build, 450-room property, including 44 suites and a presidential suite. It will also also have several food and beverage offers, as well as a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, more than 2,000 square meter spa, as well as spaces for organizing meetings and conventions.
Four Points by Sheraton has the biggest Starwood Hotels & Resorts pipeline in Africa, with close to 45% of all the groups hotels that are under development in the region. Two of the brand's hotels are currently operating in the area and 5 other addresses should open in course of the next few years.
