The B&B HOTEL group is opening its first hotel in Fort-de-France in Martinique. This new property, located near the Marina, within the Etang Z'Abricots ZAC, offers access to the Bay of Fort-de-France.
The hotel will offer a lounge bar (opening soon) and will be combined with the restaurant menu. The B&B HOTEL Fort-de- France will also offer services such as a swimming pool and a fitness area. The hotel will have lifts to serve its 5 floors, a private car park with 53 spaces and charging stations.
Travellers will be able to make stopovers in the islands of Saint Lucia, Guadeloupe or Marie Galante with regular departures from Fort-de-France, thanks to the maritime connections put in place. Hikers will have access to 10 signposted footpaths to discover the Fort Saint-Louis or the Balata garden.
With 71 rooms and designed along the lines of the hotel chain's urban concept, the hotel is developed by the interior and design architects of Agence d'Istria Studio. The B&B HOTEL Fort-de- France will have a 3-star rating and will be operated as a franchise.
Arnaud Lemonnier, Franchise Director of B&B Hotels France:
It is with confidence and pride that we welcome our Martinique partners to the B&B HOTELS tribe. This first hotel in the Caribbean area already gives us the desire to open others!
The B&B HOTEL Group is continuing to develop its portfolio in the French overseas departments and territories with the opening of a hotel in Saint-Pierre de la Réunion by the end of the year.
