Moxy Hotel Milan Malpensa

Marriott International in a partnership with Ikea opened the first property under the Moxy banner at Milan’s Malpensa airport in Italy.

The very first Moxy Hotel opened its doors at the airport Milan Malpensa. Located near Terminal 2, the hotel is positioned on the economy segment and has 152 rooms including 10 suites, in a four-floor building.

Developed par Marriott International Nordic Hospitality and Inter Hospitality Holding (subsidiary of Ikea), the Moxy Hotel brand should rapidly roll out its concept that focusses on the needs of Generation Y, with several openings scheduled in Europe and by the end of the year 2015: the Moxy Munich Airport with 317 rooms, the Moxy Berlin Ostbahnhof with 190 rooms, the Moxy Frankfurt Gateway Gardens with 305 rooms, the Moxy Berlin Airport with 266 rooms, and the Moxy Oslo Exporama with 229 rooms.
