Accorhotels has announced the opening of a hotel under the ibis Styles brand in Heraklion on the island of Crete, planned for early summer 2017.
The Accorhotels Group has just signed a contract with Polis H.M. S.A to open its first hotel operated under the ibis Styles brand in Greece. It will be located in the historical and commercial center of Heraklion on the island of Crete, not far from the port. Located in a neoclassical building, the hotel will have 72 rooms positioned on the economy segment, a garden with panoramic views, and shops. The opening is expected for early summer 2017.
As of January 1, 2017, the ibis brand by Accorhotels group ranked first in the European ranking of integrated chains, with 1,450 properties 139,162 rooms, according to data published by Hospitality ON.
