Eurostars Hotel Company has signed an agreement to take over the management of three hotels previously operated by Equinox under the Union Hotels Collection brand.
The three 4-star hotels located in the city of Ljubljana will become part of the Hotusa Group's portfolio as of next July. Through this management agreement, Eurostars Hotel Company continues its expansion in Europe. In addition, the Eastern European countries are becoming increasingly popular tourist destinations.
The Grand Hotel Union
The hotel, built in 1905, is housed in an art nouveau building. It has 111 rooms, the renowned Grand Union Café, the Atelje restaurant, a wellness centre, a sauna, a swimming pool with a view of Ljubljana Castle, a fitness centre and a shopping gallery.
The hotel, which joins the collection of properties housed in buildings of great historical value, will later be renovated to its former glory.
The UHotel
With 224 rooms, it is located next to the Grand Hotel Union, with which it shares some of its services. Together they have, among other things, the largest hospital conference centre in the capital, with 21 rooms and a capacity of 800 participants, a secure car park with 120 spaces and three culinary options.
The Lev hotel
The property, with 231 rooms, was opened in 1964 and has recently been renovated. The hotel also has a restaurant, fitness centre, massage room and function rooms for events of up to 400 people.
