After signing onto a strategic partnership between the Chinese group and Melià Hotels International last December, Greenland is taking over the management of Melià hotel of Frankfurt under its Qube brand.
The agreement between Meliá Hotels International and Greenland, to promote mutual development of their brands internationally as well as in China, reflected by the opening of the first European hotel operated by the Chinese group. Under the terms of the agreement, Innside by Meliá Frankfurt has been converted under the Chinese brand Qube. It is an establishment of 177 rooms located near the exhibition center of the German city.
"We are proud to present the first Qube hotel in Germany and Europe. Thanks to its strong economic and social development, China is the primary global source market today and Greenland is now ready to offer a property to Chinese travelers in an international destination", stated Zhang Yu Llang, president of Greenland.
