The Best Western chain, based in Phoenix, Arizona, is growing its Japanese portfolio with the opening of a second hotel in Tokyo and a property in Yokohama.
The Best Western Tokyo Nishi Kasai is the second address opened by the chain in that city. Located in the Nishi Kasai neighborhood, the 184-room property occupies 9 floors and has one meeting room. In addition, the chain has conquered a new Nippon destination with a property in Yokohama, the second largest city in Japan in terms of population. With one meeting room like the Tokyo property, this unit has 185 rooms, equipped with working spaces, near the JR Tsurumi train station.
With these two new properties, the Best Western chain brings its number of hotels in 12 Japanese cities to 17. Of the 4,000 hotels it operates internationally, the group has more than 200 addresses in 27 countries in Asia.
