As part of the renovation project of the Mercure Chantilly Resort & Conventions located in the Oise, the Atypio Hotels - Resorts Group, manager/investor, and Eternam Société de Gestion Immobilière, a subsidiary of the Cyrus Group, have just acquired the hotel's premises, business assets and the adjoining golf course.
The renovation of the Mercure de Chantilly aims to become a resort destination and attract a leisure clientele for short stays, weekends and school holidays, by positioning activities, well-being and nature at the heart of the offer thanks to its new multi-activity indoor and outdoor spaces, and the creation of a new spa area. The project has also concieved a new architecture and design as well as a new F&B experience.
This partnership is in line with the Atypio Hotels - Resorts Group's strategy of investing in hotels with their own signature identity and a wide variety of associated services and offers Eternam more fluid access to the hotel industry. Within this framework, investors from both groups have already started to be advised on the legal and tax structuring aspects.
