
On this opportunity, the French investor has signed the acquisition of the premises of the property for an amount of 10.6 million euros on behalf of the SCPI Atream Hotels.
Still on the path of expansion in Germany, this acquisition represents a new step in the consolidation of Atream's positioning in the tourism real estate segment in Europe. The 101-room economy hotel benefits from a strategic location approximately 5km from Stuttgart International Airport and the Stuttgart Messe exhibition centre. The hotel also has 27 parking spaces and will be operated under a long-term lease under a brand name that is well established in the German market.
