Ascott Limited is expanding in Thailand via its Citadines brand, thus strengthening its position as one of the largest international serviced residence owner-operators in Thailand.

The group is expanding on this position with the announcement of a new property in Sri Richa, thereby spreading its footprint onto the Eastern Seaboard where many multinationals are located.
Citadines Grand Central Sri Racha will offer 133 apartment units as of 2014, near retail outlets, restaurants, international schools and medical facilities, and the popular beach resort of Pattaya. Residents can also enjoy a gym, pool, and spa on the property.
