The global long-stay hotel market is growing rapidly, estimated at $54.5 billion, and is expected to reach $166.5 billion by 2032, according to Future Market Insights. Europe remains a major driver of demand for serviced flats, while Asia-Pacific has the largest share of corporate serviced flat volumes.
