Accor develops budget hotel in Dubai

Accor HotelServices Middle East has signed a management agreement with Indian real estate developer Hiranandani Group to develop an ibis Styles hotel in Dubai.

Accor Hotel ServicesMiddle East has signed a management agreement with Indian real estate developer Hiranandani Group to develop an ibis Styles hotel in Dubai. Located alongside Business Bay Canal, the hotel will have 350 rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, a speciality restaurant and bar, lobby lounge, swimming pool, fitness centre, and up to three meeting rooms.The ibis Styles hotel is scheduled to be ready in the middle of 2016.

Presently, Accor operates seven ibis-branded properties in the UAE. Accor Hotel Services Middle East CEO Christophe Landais said: "The ibis Styles in Business Bay represents the tenth ibis hotel under development, in addition to the 14 we currently operate in the Middle East. We are pleased to develop this new ibis Styles hotel with the Hiranandani Group and we look forward to a long-term partnership".



Accor Middle East currently operates 65 hotels in the region (15 in Dubai) and has 31 hotels under development (5 in Dubaï).The group is aiming to operate 100 hotels in the region within the next three years.
