
The brand's portfolio has a new member in the capital of the country, the 812-room AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen.
Located a few minutes subway ride from the center of the Danish capital, AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen is an 812-room lifestyle property. It also has a spa, several dining options, 48 meeting rooms and access to Bella Center, the biggest convention center in Scandinavia. It will be operated by BC Hospitality Group through a franchise contract.
On January 1, 2014, Marriott International was third in the global hotel group in terms of number of rooms, according to the ranking realized each year by MKG Hospitality, hospitality consulting firm founded by Georges Panayotis. At the time it had 653,719 rooms in 3,783 hotels. (read our report)
