Rosewood Hotels and Resorts group has announced the future opening of its second London property, in Grosvenor Square.
Located in the building currently used as the US embassy, this hotel will host 137 rooms and suites. What's more its clients will benefit from five gourmet restaurants, a spa and a ballroom with a capacity of 1,000. The investment fund Qatari Diar has entrusted Rosewood with the management of the hotel.
As of January 1, 2017, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has a portfolio of 20 hotels operating in 11 countries and 17 new properties under development. The group also has four properties operating or developing in Europe, most notably the Hotel de Crillon (in Paris) that reopened last July.
