Park Inn by Radisson opens in Volgograd

The hotel is a franchise property which is owned and developed by RHC, a portfolio company of VIY Management (VIYM), and is managed by RIMC CIS, the fastest growing third party hotel management company in Russia.

Carlson Rezidor announced the opening of a new mid-market Park Inn by Radisson hotel in Volgograd. With this addition, Park Inn by Radisson extends its regional footprint in Russia to 18 hotels and almost 5,000 rooms. The opening of the hotel also supports the development of Volgograd's hospitality infrastructure before the FIFA World Cup 2018.

The hotel is a franchise property which is owned and developed by RHC, a portfolio company of VIY Management (VIYM), and is managed by RIMC CIS, the fastest growing third party hotel management company in Russia. Located in the city centre, it features 149 rooms, five multifunctional conference halls, a gym, and a Paulaner restaurant.

On January 1, 2014, Carlson Rezidor was the 10th hotel group worldwide in terms of number of rooms, according to the ranking published each year by MKG Hospitality, consulting firm founded by Georges Panayotis. It had 1079 hotels for 168,927 rooms. (read our report)
