AccorHotels signs a strategic partnership with Dalmata Hospitality to strengthen its position in the economy segment in France.
Dalmata Hospitality, an independent French hotel management group, will move twenty of its hotels (more than 1,500 rooms) under franchise agreements under the brands ibis Styles, ibis, ibis budget and hotelF1.
Contributing to the development of AccorHotels' economy brands, the two groups will develop an extensive renovation program over an 18 month period, as well as implement an operational management system that will enable these assets to be enhanced.
In this context, Dalmata Hospitality will actively participate in the three-year renovation plan of the hotelF1 brand, whose entire portfolio will offer new designs and services by 2020.
Thanks to its expertise as a private equity and real estate investor, Dalmata Hospitality is able to offer a global approach to buy, renovate, manage and develop budget hotels under franchise.
MKG Consulting accompanied Dalmata Hospitality for the evaluation of the portfolio during the acquisition, as well as for the estimation of the potential and the optimal positioning for each of the properties.
