St. Regis Toronto has opened its doors and wants to offer an unparalleled service with the Regis Butler Service
Owned by Innvest, St. Regis Toronto offers its clients 258 rooms, including 124 suites, and becomes one of the country's hotels with the largest number of suites of any Canadian luxury hotel.
Introduced in the hotel, the Regis Butler Service, is intended to be one of the brand's flagships in terms of service: each customer's stay is personalized according to his or her tastes and preferences. This service includes unpacking and packing, serving drinks and pressing clothes. The hotel will also introduce the eButler chat - where guests can contact their Butler via the Marriott mobile application, available 24 hours a day.
