Four Seasons has a new address in London

Reignwood Group has asked Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts to manage its recently renovated London property, Ten Trinity Square

Four Season Hotels & Resorts signed an agreement with the Chinese owner Reignwood Group to take over the management of Ten Trinity Square in London. The building, dating from 1922, has been renovated to become a 98-room upscale hotel with 41 private residences, two restaurants and a spa. Formerly the Port of London Authority it is now known as the Four Seasons Hotel London Ten Trinity Square.

The new address completes the Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts portfolio in the British capital, which already includes the London at Park Lane and Canary Wharf hotels.

The group from Beijing, Reignwood, has also recently announced the acquisition of the Wentworth Golf Club in Surrey from WG Acquisition, for some 135 million pounds sterling (or close to 171 million euros). This is its third purchase in the United Kingdom.
