Four Seasons fortifies its Moroccan presence

After Marrakech and Casablanca, the hotel group announced the opening of its third Moroccan establishment, the Four Seasons Resort Agadir in the city of Agadir.

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts is expanding in Morocco with the announcement of their third establishment. After the Four Seasons Resort Marrakech (pictured), opened in June 2011 and the Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca, opening in 2014, the hotel group has signed a memorandum of understanding with Akwa Group and the Ministry of Tourism for the development of the Four Seasons Resort Agadir. The hotel will feature 132 rooms and suites, and 56 Four Seasons Private Residences.

"As Four Seasons is pursuing its global development, we are continuing to look for expansion opportunities that unite a good financial partner and an ideal location. The Four Seasons Resort Agadir combines these two requirements and will be able to continue our legacy of over 50 years based on highly personalized service and respect for the local culture, while offering our clients memorable travel experiences", stated Christopher Norton, President of Hotel Operations Europe, Middle East and Africa, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.
