Swedish investor and real estate developer AMF Fastigheter has announced the opening of two hotels in the heart of the Swedish capital. These two new properties are part of the city center development project "Urban Escape Stockholm" and constitute the city's biggest contract in terms of number of rooms.

The investment and property development company AMF Fastigheter has announced the opening of two hotels in the city center of Stockholm in Sweden. Managed by Petter Stordalen, owner of the Scandinavian group Nordic Choice Hotel, these two new properties are part of the mixed development project "Urban Escape Stockholm". This city center regeneration project also includes the development of a shopping center and a complex of offices and restaurants. This is the city's biggest hotel contract in terms of capacity: when combined, the two hotels offer an overall area of 30,000 square meters and 543 rooms.

Located in the Brunkebergstorg square, in the heart of the capital, the upscale hotel At Six has joined the independent hotel network Preferred Hotels & Resort and offers a concept centered on contemporary art and design. It offers 343 rooms including 42 suites and a two-storey restaurant with a capacity of 160 seats and a panoramic view. It also includes two bars, a brasserie, a gym and a meeting space of 2,000 m2 and hosts exhibitions of contemporary art.

Located next to At Six, the Hobo Hotel is a lifestyle boutique hotel (with industrial decor) offering 201 rooms as well as a restaurant, a bar and a coffee house.
