Wyndham Hotel Group has signed three new Ramada properties in China, including the company’s first managed Ramada in the country.
The new managed property, Ramada Plaza Sanya, is owned by Hainan Mingboda Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. It is the second management agreement between Wyndham and Hainan Mingboda, joining a deal for Wyndham Hotel Sanya that was signed last year.The 496-key Ramada Plaza Sanya is scheduled to open in June 2012 and will feature three restaurants. The 320-key Ramada Plaza Shaoguan City Center is due to open in January 2012 with two restaurants. The 278-key Ramada Suzhou North is slated to debut in summer 2013 and will also feature two restaurants.Wyndham has also just signed two Ramada franchise agreements in China. Ramada Plaza Shaoguan City Center will be owned by Shaoguan Fengdu Real Estate Co. Ltd., while Ramada Suzhou North will be owned by Suzhou Dingfeng Real Estate Development Co.
