
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is preparing to enter the Greek market with the introduction of Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas. This new residential-style hotel will be the brand's first location in Piraeus, situated near Greece's largest port and one of Europe's busiest maritime hubs. The project is a collaboration with DKG Development.
Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas is scheduled to open in December 2025 and will feature 72 serviced apartments. The development will cover approximately 4,300 square meters across two adjacent eight-story buildings, offering various amenities, including a restaurant, gym, spa, and a multipurpose event hall.
The design will be led by architect Jean-Pierre Heim, in collaboration with Bletsas Architectural Studio. Valued at over €25 million, the project will adhere to construction standards that emphasize quality and sustainability.
