After establishments in Beijing and Hainan, Raffles is continuing its Chinese expansion in key economic hubs with the addition of a Shenzhen location.
Raffles Hotels and Resorts has signed a management agreement with Parkland Real Estate Company for Chinese expansion via Shenzhen. This will be the group's third establishment in China, following the successful september opening of the Raffles Hainan.According to Mr. Xu Hang, Chairman of Parkland Real Estate Company, "The international luxury standing and high service quality that Raffles brings to this project will enhance the value and reputation of One Shenzhen Bay as one of the world's top projects. The cooperation between Raffles and Parkland also attests to the value of One Shenzhen Bay, as well as the Shenzhen Bay International Area in the international market".The Raffles Shenzhen will offer 200 luxuryguestrooms and serviced residences in the One Shenzhen Bay development. The hotel will also include four restaurants and bars, private meeting and event spaces, a Raffles Spa, and the Raffles Butlers. Opening is slated for 2018.
