Steigenberger pursuing Chinese expansion

Steigenberger Hotel Group has announced that it will be continuing its Chinese expansion after opening its debut property this coming December. After the Steigenberger Maximilian opens the doors to its 286 rooms in Beijing this December, three more hotels in China will follow within the coming years.Over the next three years, the German hotel group will open establishments in three more Chinese cities. They are: Steigenberger Resort & Spa Haitang Bay in Sanya for 102 rooms, Steigenberger Hotel Shaohai in Quindao for 280 rooms, and Steigenberger Hotel Yubei in Congquing for 300 rooms. These are set to open in January 2015, the winter of 2015-16, and 2016 respectively.
