
Starwood Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of an agreement with Singaporean development firm Hiap Hoe. The firm is currently developing two establishments in Melbourne for 700 million Australian dollars.Starwood will manage these properties under the Four Points and Aloft brands. The Four Points establishment will be located in the Docklands while the Aloft property will be part of a development on Lonsdale Street.With these two establishments, the hotel group's Australian portfolio rises to 14 hotels.
