Sofitel Luxury Hotels expects to open a new 405-key hotel Kunming, the capital of Yunnan province, in early 2014.

Sofitel Kunming is being developed by Kunming Iron & Steel Holding Co. Ltd. and will occupy 28 floors of the 50-story building, including the top 24.
