Silverstein Properties announced that they have secured financing for a 82-storey building in Lower Manhattan, New York City's financial district.

Silverstein Properties has secured financing for the 82-storey tower at 30 Park Place in Lower Manhattan. The tower is expected to cost $950 million, $660 million of which will be provided by a loan from Children's Investment Fund Management.
