The Sercotel Hotel Group has presented a new construction project, which will open in 2023, with a planned increase of 85 rooms in Valencia. This new hotel will become the second one under the urban brand Sercotel management, in the City.

The 85-room hotel will be located next to the future AVE terminal and they are convinced that it will be "one of the flagship hotels" of the chain.

Its construction will begin "soon" and will have five floors providing services such as a gym, meeting areas, a swimming pool and a skybar.

Francisco Marco, Expansion Director at Sercotel Hotel Group said:

"This hotel is a project highly desired by all of us and it means growing up in a key location in a key city. We are moving forward with multiple projects and we believe that cities like Valencia will continue to be an excellent claim for our clients",

He added that:

"the strength of our business project allows us to continue developing our expansion plan which, despite the circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic, is ambitious for Spain".

With this incorporation in Valencia, the hotel group chaired by José Rodríguez, which since last summer has been part of the Landon Corporate Group, continues to grow in Spain.

The project in Valencia completes the proposal of the Sercotel Sorolla Palace, located in front of the city's congress center and joins the recently announcement of its first hotel in the Canary Islands, which is joined by other projects that are progressing as planned, such as the upcoming openings in Cordoba and Malaga.
