The new Hilton Alexandria Corniche to open in 2013 will be Hilton’s second establishment in Alexandria, and the 19th Hilton in Egypt. The beachfront property will open in the upscale Corniche district of the city after a conversion.

The Hilton Alexandria Corniche will offer 158 guestrooms, two large function rooms, four meeting rooms, a business center, three restaurants including two bars, a health club and spa, an outdoor pool, and private beach.Hilton has present in Egypt for over 50 years, described as a “legacy” by Hilton Worldwide Middle East & Africa president Rudi Jagersbacher. The new property is seen to complement the group’s other establishment in the city, confirming its position as one of the premier hospitality groups in the region with the second opening in a city with a vibrant business and tourism market.
