The first Belgian property for Radisson brand it to open in Liège city center close to the touristic places.
This new property brings the number of hotels in Belgium to 15 for Radisson Hotel Group. The 99 rooms and suites offer 6 levels of comfort. The hotel features a bar, a restaurant with local products and a meeting area for small groups (maximum 20 people).
The project was developed in partnership with Unibricks owner of the property and Nestia group already operating three other properties including a Radisson Blu.
Thomas Lecluse, CEO of Unibricks declares: "Our aim is to develop real-estate projects exclusively in strategic locations. We conduct thorough market research beforehand and often, only one proposal out of 50 makes the cut. This was the case for Radisson Liège City Centre, which will add a new accommodation offering to the city of Liège."
Kevin Demarteau, General Manager of Radisson Hotel Liège City Centre underlines the corporate and leisure clientele he is willing to welcome to the property: “Radisson Hotel Liège City Centre reflects our local culture in Liège from the black and white photographs to the curated snacks and drinks on the menu, including Curtius, Val-Dieu, and Tripick beers. We hope that both our business and leisure guests will enjoy the Radisson experience.”
