Six Senses Ibiza is expanding with the addition of 21 new premium residences for guests looking to disconnect from their daily lives and spend time with their significant others.
Six Senses Ibiza inaugurates its collection of 19 residences and two exclusive manor houses, increasing the number of rooms in the complex to 137 keys. With between three and ten rooms, these accommodations are designed for both families and friends.
The Residences and Manor Houses feature large en-suite rooms, indoor meeting spaces, private pools, outdoor areas for sports activities, and special services such as an in-villa chef, concierge and spa treatments.
Guests enjoy access to the resort's full range of facilities and programmes, including dining at three different restaurants, the Six Senses spa, fitness centre, children's centre, and a rich programme of daily activities including yoga, Pilates, fitness, kayaking and cliff jumping. Sessions can take place in groups or as private sessions depending on the guests' wishes.
Each villa has a personal Guest Experience Maker (GEM), available to make each stay unique and reveal Ibiza's best-kept secrets, from local restaurants to the island's nightlife to private day trips.
Designed and conceived by architect and owner Jonathan Leitersdorf, the Residences are a contemporary interpretation of the traditional finca aesthetic. Situated above the resort, they offer outstanding views of the sea. The interior spaces are adorned with artworks from the resort's photographic collaboration with Magnum Photos.
Two mansions, the 10-room Pinnacle and the 5-room Cliffhanger, are located high up on either side of the resort and offer a more intimate setting while providing the brand's own premium spaces, amenities and services. Guests can enjoy views of Xarraca Bay from their private terraces.
The Cliffhanger owes its name to its privileged position, suspended above the cliffs. It has 453 square metres of interior space with a private open plan kitchen and dining room, including a spacious lounge leading to a large outdoor terrace and private infinity pool. For larger groups, the adjacent three-bedroom residence can be connected, bringing the Cliffhanger to eight rooms and providing access to a large rooftop terrace with a private bar and lounge.
The ten-bedroom Pinnacle offers 858 square metres of indoor space and 655 square metres of private outdoor space. It welcomes guests through a private entrance overlooking a Mediterranean-style courtyard. In addition to a large open kitchen, spacious lounge, tasting room and private pool, it has a cinema and extensive outdoor terraces.
Ibiza has always been synonymous with gathering and celebrating life. Our new multi-bedroom villas invite guests to spend quality time with friends and family in a private setting, while enjoying a unique community and atmosphere here in the magical north of the island.

Six Senses Ibiza is also inaugurating The Beach Caves, a new entertainment space that brings a sophisticated yet playful approach to dining, music and entertainment. The place is a collaboration between owner and developer Jonathan Leitersdorf and hotel pioneer Ben Pundole. It includes a day and night restaurant and bar, private dining, the Xarraca Room concert venue and a state-of-the-art recording studio. The team has partnered with local artists and international talent to create an annual programme of events and activities, including live performances, exhibitions, an artist-in-residence programme and a series of lectures and workshops.
The Beach Caves is a welcome addition to Six Senses Ibiza, reflecting the history, excitement and eclectic spirit of the island. With its unique design and extensive programming, we aim to create an incredible destination for hotel guests and the local community to eat, drink, dance, shop and sleep. The cultural programme will include art, music, live performances and a focus on environmental and community initiatives.
