Pandox enters franchise agreement with Radisson Blu in Germany

Pandox has entered a franchise agreement with Radisson Blu for two hotels in Bremen and Dortmund.

At the same time, an agreement has been reached with Hilton Worldwide not to extend the lease agreement for these two hotels. Together with the hotel business being taken over by Pandox, investments and upgrades will be carried out for a total of EUR 7 million.“Operating hotels in our own properties is part of the Pandox business model and active ownership. Through the agreement, we strengthen our collaboration with Rezidor, with whom in future we will run eight hotels,” says Pandox CEO Anders Nissen.
