The Dutch brand CitizenM is developing its first property in North America.
The future location will be in Manhattan's Lower East Side neighbourhood thanks to a deal signed with Brack Capital.Other targeted cities include Paris, Hong Kong, Zürich and Milan.The 315-room hotel was originally intended to be a Hotel Indigo and they should open their doors during the second semester 2013.Meanwhile, there is a second CitizenM in the works in Times Square and across the pond; London has another CitizenM in the pipeline in the South Bank neighbourhood.Other targeted cities include Paris, Hong Kong, Zürich and Milan.
