InterContinental Hotels Group has announced the opening of a new address in Germany via its development agreement with Foremost Hospitality to reinforce its Holiday Inn Express brand presence in the destination. Holiday Inn Express Heidelberg City Center is now open to clients, with 152 newly constructed rooms. This is the eighth hotel developed in partnership between InterContinental Hotels Group and Foremost Hospitality. By 2016, 12 more properties should open in Germany according to the terms of the agreement, in cities like Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich, Düsseldorf and Nuremberg. The goal is to open 20 hotels in total.
